NYC NEXT STEP IN RENTALS - SMALL SPACE LIVING
The new plans for New York City rental markets are "micro units". Mayor Bloomberg is planning on building these Micro Units in Kips Bay. These will be apartment units smaller than 300 sq ft. This could measure anywhere from 10 by 30 to 12 by 15 ( depending on layout) for studios apartments. As a result this will allow more people to move into the city and live alone.
